Founder, OUR Story Institute
Epiphany Kali is a community leader, entertainer, and advocate dedicated to expanding opportunity and visibility for LGBTQIA+ communities — particularly Black and trans women of color.
Through her work in community engagement, cultural leadership, and advocacy, Epiphany has focused on creating spaces where LGBTQIA+ individuals can access resources, leadership opportunities, and platforms for meaningful civic participation.
As the founder of OUR Story Institute, she is leading the development of programs and partnerships designed to strengthen community support systems while cultivating the next generation of LGBTQIA+ leaders.
Advisory Board
OUR Story Institute is currently assembling a diverse advisory board composed of community leaders, service providers, advocates, and professionals who bring expertise across multiple sectors.
The advisory board will provide strategic guidance as the organization develops programs, partnerships, and long-term initiatives designed to support trans and gender-expansive communities.
Advisory members will help inform areas such as:
Community engagement and outreach
Program development and evaluation
Strategic partnerships
Public policy awareness
Organizational growth and sustainability
We believe strong leadership requires collaboration, and the advisory board will help ensure OUR Story Institute grows in a way that reflects the needs, voices, and wisdom of the communities we serve.
